How to add a Transaction Type to a Treatment Card?

Introduction:
I have a Treatment Card that I need to edit and add a new Transaction Type to.  How can I update this in the Treatment Card Layout?

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Navigate to Edit, Setup, Transaction Types.
2. Edit the existing Transaction Type you would like to add to the Treatment Card or add a new one (if one does not exist yet).
3. In the Edit window, mark the box to 'Show in Treatment Card' and click 'Save'.
4. Your new or updated Transaction Type will now appear in your Treatment Cards.
