Analytics
The Analytics section provides visual insights into your practice's form and booking performance. Use the analytics dashboards to track trends, measure completion rates, and monitor patient booking activity across your locations.
Forms Analytics
Navigate to Analytics > Forms.
This section provides core information about your practice's forms. Available filters are:
a) Location: Filter analytics by specific location.
b) Date Range: Choose from preset ranges: 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days, This Month, This Year, or All Time.
c) Grouping: View data grouped by Day, Week, or Month.
Key Metrics Include:
- Total Assigned: Total number of forms assigned to patients.
- Pending: Forms assigned but not yet started by the patient.
- In Progress: Forms currently being filled out by the patient.
- Awaiting Submission: Forms completed by the patient but not yet submitted to Cloud 9.
- Submitted: Forms successfully submitted to Cloud 9.
- Completion Rate: Percentage of assigned forms that have been completed.
The dashboard also includes a Forms Assigned trend chart that visualizes form assignment volume over the selected date range and grouping period.
Bookings Analytics
Navigate to Analytics > Bookings.
This section provides core information about your practice's bookings. Available filters are:
a) Location: Filter analytics by specific location.
b) Date Range: Choose from preset ranges: 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days, This Month, This Year, or All Time.
c) Grouping: View data grouped by Day, Week, or Month.
d) Date Mode: Filter by Scheduled Date to view appointments based on when they are scheduled.
Key Metrics Include:
- Total Appointments: Total number of appointments booked through MyTooth.
- New Patients: Number of appointments booked by new patients.
- Existing Patients: Number of appointments booked by existing patients.
- New Patient Rate: Percentage of total appointments from new patients.

Existing Patient Rate: Percentage of total appointments from existing patients.
