Are you having an issue where you all of a sudden can't see names on the schedule anymore? Were they there yesterday, but now you only see numbers? Don't worry, nothing is broken. It's an easy fix that has to do with HIPAA compliance, but we'll get to that in just a bit.
This article will walk you through how to quickly get the patient names back on the schedule if you are only seeing numbers now.
Before you being, you should be familiar with viewing your schedule in Cloud 9
Did you just sit down to view your schedule and it looks like this:
but it used to look like this?
No reason to panic, you can get back to the view that has the names with just a couple of clicks. Did you notice the difference in the 2 screenshots? Look closer at the button towards the upper left. In the first screenshot it's checked. That means the HIPAA compliant schedule view is activated. This is designed for offices that may have a computer that is in full view of patients and they do not want the names displayed on the schedule. If you do want to see the names, simply uncheck that box. When you do, it will ask you to enter your Cloud 9 credentials to confirm. Once you do that, the names will display on the schedule once again. You're all set!
