Payor Codes are required for the successful submission of Insurance Claims, through an Insurance Claims Clearinghouse, to the Insurance Provider.
Payor Codes can not be created and added to your Cloud 9 URL unless you contact Support by:

This process was developed so that we can verify the validity of the Payor Code against the approved lists that are provided by claims processors. Once the Payor Code has been added into your Cloud 9 URL, you will need to attach it to the Insurance Company and the Insurance Billing Center.
The Insurance Company can be located at Edit>Setup>Insurance Companies. To the right of the name field is the Payor Code field. Use the magnifying glass to look up the Payor Code. Once entered, select the green save button in the lower right corner.
The Insurance Company Billing Center can be located at Edit>Setup>Insurance Billing Center. Once the Payor Code is located, select it to enter it into this field, and select the green save button.
The payor codes are now available for your use and have been attached to the appropriate Insurance Company and Insurance Billing Center.
