To-Do items in Cloud 9 act as virtual sticky notes, reminding employees of tasks like follow-up calls, care calls, recalls, and sending letters. The To-Do's by Date Range Report helps you monitor your team's progress and make sure tasks and reminders are being completed on time.
Running the Report
Step 1: To access this report in Cloud 9, navigate to Reports and type 'To' in the search bar. ToDo's by Date Range will come up. Alternately, you can click All Reports and scroll down until you get to ToDo's by Date Range. Select the report.
Step 2: On the right side of the screen, use the filters to set your parameters:
The 'Employee' field can be used to look at a specific Employee's To Do's or it can be left blank to display the To Do's for all employees. For the example screenshots we will use myself, Karen Lewis.
Date Range: Select a start and end date to display all To-Do items within that timeframe for the selected employee or employees.
