Track Calls for Multiple Doctors from the Lightbar
On the Light Bar, you can call and track multiple doctors. This feature can help your office keep track of which doctor is being called to which chair.
Note: The doctor assigned to the appointment is the doctor being called.
When you select ‘Call Doctor’ for a patient, the number ‘1’ displays on the patient block,
indicating the first doctor has been called. When the second doctor is called, the number 1
displays on that patient block.
If the doctor is called for another patient, the number ‘2’ in the doctor’s color displays on that
patient’s block.
To turn on this feature, go to Edit > Setup > Location > Select Location and click Edit then select the
Other tab, then click the button for ‘Multi-Provider Lightbar’.
Set a Color to Represent a Doctor
You can set the color you want the number to be for each doctor. This makes it easy to identify
the doctor at a glance.
To set up the doctor’s color:
Go to: Edit > Setup > Select Employee & hit the button to Edit and select the tab for Other. Then you can type or use the dropdown menu to select the color you would like the doctor to be represented by.
Note: You may need to log out of your site and log back in to see these changes reflected.
