Summary
The Monthly Review provides an overview of production and collections performance comparing last year to this year and facilitates the calculation of monthly and yearly production and collections targets based on a year-over-year growth rate. It also has a page focused on New Exams and an AR snapshot.
The parameters enable users to input a specific date for the report, as well as select one or multiple locations and one or multiple providers. The report is intended to be run end of the month to show accurate comparisons.
The results are presented using graphs and year-to-date figures which makes this report unique and gives you a good visual of production and collections. Example screenshots are provided in this article.
Step 1 - To access the Monthly Review, navigate to Reports > Reports within Cloud 9.
Step 2 - Search or scroll for the report Monthly Review, then select this report.
Step 3 - Enter the desired parameters then click preview to generate results.
Step 4 - Screenshots below show an example of the results the report loads.
