How to access the Report
- The report is available to practices enabled for Planet DDS Pay
- To find this report in Cloud 9, navigate to Edit>Run Utility>PDDS Pay Reconciliation Report
- Employee permissions may need to be update by your practice to view this report
What's included in this Report?
Payment Reconciliation (Posted Date)
- Review credit card payments in Cloud 9 alongside Stripe transactions to ensure payment amounts, dates, and patient/office information match.
Payout Reconciliation (Payout Date)
- Retrieve Stripe payout totals and compare them with Cloud 9 payments to verify that all payouts received match expected amounts.
