Accounts Receivable Aging
Our Accounts Receivable Aging reports deliver comprehensive financial details for patients matching your specified criteria within the report search parameters. These criteria may include Responsible Party only, Insurance only, or both. You can compare this report with the Balancing Worksheet and Practice Monitor by Date Range reports to verify its accuracy. Adjustments by Date Range
This report details all adjustments recorded within a specified date range, location, and transaction type. It is also designed to include charges that do not 'Affect Production' (indicating that the 'Affects Production' option is not selected in the Transaction Type setup). Balancing Worksheet
This report is structured to be generated for a specified date range and will present the opening and closing Accounts Receivable (AR) balances, along with the transactions that impact the AR. It encompasses contract starts, charges, payments, and adjustments occurring within the designated timeframe. Additionally, it reflects balances for both Responsible Party and Insurance. Completed Contracts by Date Range
This report provides information on contracts that have been completed within a specified date range. You have the option to sort this report by one or multiple locations. Link: Completed Contracts by Date Range
Practice Monitor by Date Range
The Practice Monitor by Date Range Report offers a detailed summary of totals related to Production, Receipts, Net Adjustments, and Accounts Receivable. It also includes pertinent information on past due accounts and new patient examinations, organized by the specified date range. Practice Summary
The Practice Summary Report offers a comprehensive financial overview of the office for a specified date range. This report allows for a quick assessment of key financial metrics, including Accounts Receivable, Charges, Payments, and Adjustments. Additionally, it includes important control numbers such as the number of patients in active treatment, retention rates, contract starts for the specified period, accounts that are financially active, accounts settled within this date range, and the number of New Patient Exam appointments. Summary of Activity
The Summary of Activity Report includes various financial figures, such as Gross and Net Production, as well as Gross and Net Collections. Additionally, it outlines the changes in Accounts Receivable and provides totals for patients and insurance within the specified reporting period. Link: Summary of Activity Report.
Treatment and Financial Summary
The Treatment and Financial Summary Report compile various counts and financial totals to fulfill the monthly reporting requirements for practices. This document will outline the criteria utilized by Cloud9 to derive each count or financial total. Link: Treatment and Financial Summary Report.
Net Receipts by Date Range
This report lists all payments posted by location then by payment type. Link: Net Receipts by Date Range.
Production by Date Range
This report displays all production items (specifically those marked as being production) that were added to patients’ ledgers for a given date range in the selected locations. Link: Production by Date Range.
Daily Close Reports
All transactions that have been posted since the previous daily close was completed. Link: Daily Close Reports.
Monthly Close Reports
Displays all transactions associated with the monthly close. Link: Monthly Close Reports.
Case Start by Start Date Reports
The next reports are Cloud 9 Start Reports
The Case Starts by Start Date reports provide a detailed view of all contracts started within a specified date range. These reports display key financial data for each contract. The report family includes a standard report, (Link: Case Starts by Start Date), and two companion reports, (Link: Case Starts by Start Date A and Case Starts by Start Date B). The reports can be used to review and analyze contract starts and if using A or B, separate Responsible Parties by credit risk with risk codes. For how to enter risk codes, see the link HERE.
Contract Starts by Date Range
Categorizes contract starts into New Case Starts and Additional Starts, as well as by Treatment Fee Charge types. Lists patient information and the gross fee. Link: Contract Starts by Date Range Report
Contracts by Start Date
This report is organized to display contracts within a specified date range by location. It includes the Gross Fee, Discount, and Net Fee, offering a comprehensive overview of how discounts are applied to contracts over the selected period. Link: Contracts by Start Date Report
