Summary
The Missed Treatment Card Entries Report includes all patients who had an appointment within the specified date range but do not have a corresponding Treatment Card Visit Entry for the same date. There are no additional reports available for comparison.
Generating the Missed Treatment Card Entries Report
Step 1: Within Cloud 9, click the "Reports" drop down and then choose "Reports" from the options menu.
Step 2: In the Search box, type "Missed Treatment Card Entries" to locate the report. Alternately, you can find it under the treatment section of reports by expanding the x on the Treatment Section. Click on the report name once it is displayed.
Step 3: Next, input the desired parameters. For this report it is required choose a start and end date and the location or locations you wish to view the report for. You can also choose the provider or providers, but this field is optional. Once you have selected the parameters needed, click Preview to display your report.

If a date is not present under Last Tx Card Entry, it indicates that this patient did not have a treatment card entry for the listed appointment date under the date column. You can enter the patients who show blank, (missed treatment card entry), and then re-run the report to double check it if you would like. It is recommended to run this report after you are done seeing patients for the day every day, so the treatment card entry matches the appointment date, since the treatment card entries cannot be back dated.
**Please Note Treatment card entries are locked after 24 hours. You can edit an existing one only within the first 24 hours.
