Cloud 9 has several Procedure Summary Reports. Procedure Summary By Assistant, Procedure Summary By Location, and Procedure Summary By Month. For all of these reports, there are some pre-requisites that must be met in order for the report to accurately return results.
Treatment Card Setup
-In the treatment Card you must have one of the columns named "Procedure Type." This is the column the reports pull from. It must be labelled this, and it should be filled out whenever your office sees a patient and does a procedure on their treatment card entry.
-In order to get a procedure code to show on the Treatment Card, you must go into Edit > Setup > Transaction Type. Pick the desired transaction type, and make sure the field "Show in Treatment Card" is selected and then save the changes.
-Only transaction types that are set to "show in the treatment card" will be available to pick in the "Procedure Type" field. There is another article about this setup here: How to add a Procedure to the Treatment Card.
Workflow
-In order for the reports to pull the procedures, the field "Procedure Type" must be filled out on Visit Treatment Card Entries. Once the above pre-requisites have been met, and staff is entering Procedures regularly into this field, the reports will start returning results.
Running the Reports
-For the Procedure Summary Reports some filters are optional. You must fill out the desired procedures and the date range on this report.
-You can choose one Procedure or you can pick multiple by pressing ctrl + clicking on the desired Procedures.
-The Doctor/Provider and Location fields are optional on these reports. If you leave them blank, it will look at all locations and providers.
-Date Range: You must enter a date range on the report for it to return results. It will pull based on treatment card entries in the procedure type field for the treatment card entries within the date range.
Procedure Summary by Month

Procedure Summary by Assistant
-This report shows a tally of Procedures for the desired date range, separated out via Assistants. Sample Screenshot from Test Site Data Below.
Procedure Summary by Location
