Summary
Cloud 9 provides a dedicated Patient Check-In screen, enabling patients to complete their check-in process upon arrival. This self-service option helps streamline the check-in experience, reducing wait times and allowing front desk staff to focus on other responsibilities. To access the Patient Check-In screen, navigate to View and select Patient Check-In. Note: Clicking on the Full Screen button on the Patient Check-in window removes the url address toolbar. To return to displaying the url address toolbar, click the ESC key.
By going to Edit > Practice Information. This screen allows you to select the requirement for the patient's date of birth.
