When you have Cloud 9 Connect, the Cloud 9 Support team can help you with a request to update a Sender Email Address. For C9 Connect there are back end settings for each location for Sender Email Address for Recurring Email or Text Campaigns and Appointment Reminders. If an email address needs to be changed for a location or for a specific action, (for all recurring campaigns or all appointment reminders), you will want to Contact Cloud 9 Support so we can forward the request to the correct team to update that setting on the back end.
