Daily Close and Daily Close Reports – Cloud 9
Once you recognize that you Closed the Day earlier than planned, you may close the day once the workday has concluded. Please be aware that two closed days may be recorded for the same date with different serial numbers. Take this into account when generating the Close Day report and when closing the month.
If you choose not to run the Close Day process at the end of the workday and instead perform it the following day, please ensure that transactions from the previous day are included.
