Summary
There are times you will click on the balance adjustment icon for a patient's ledger tab and receive an error when trying to post an adjustment. The error received is 'Error - Post Adjustment in the header.' The text will say: 'There was a problem showing the adjustment screen.' (screenshot below.) This article will review how to get this corrected.
Steps to Resolve
This error must be corrected by the Support team. You will want to contact Cloud 9 Support by phone, chat, or email, and give us the following information so we can assist in correcting this issue. You will need to provide your Cloud 9 URL, the patient ID, and which ledger tab is producing the error, (e.g., Responsible Party and if so which one, or Insurance and if so which one).
Once you submit your ticket to the Support team, we will need to send it to the right internal team who can correct it on the back end. This may take some time, but our team will update you as soon as possible to let you know if we need more information or when we get the issue corrected.
Note: For each patient experiencing this error we will need the information listed above, as we will need to submit separate requests.
