Summary
This article will guide you through the process of locating employee login and logout records in License Management if you do not use the Cloud 9 Time Clock. Please note that access to License Management requires the appropriate permissions. Only someone in your office with permissions to edit Employee Permissions will be able to edit the employee who needs access to License Management. Employee permissions are setup by going to Edit > Setup > Employees. This article will first cover the employee setup.
Employee Setup to select permissions for License Management
Step 1 - Navigate to Edit > Setup > Employees.
Step 2 - Select the employee and click "Edit".
Step 3 - Search the Permissions for "View License Management" and put a check mark to allow permissions then click the green "Save" button.
Step 4 - Now you can navigate to View > License Management to see login time and log off time by selecting "License History". You may notice a difference in the time on License Management from the View Login History time. This is due to the Login History time shows your local time and the License Management shows the server time, UTC time. To convert UTC to local time, find your time zone's offset from UTC and add or subtract that many hours. Remember to adjust for Daylight Saving Time.
Step 5 - If you click the refresh icon located in the upper left corner, this will refresh the results.
Step 6 - The View in the upper right corner allows you to select Active or License History. Active will show those logged on and logged out for the current day.
Step 7 - License History at the top allows you to search dates you wish to see.
Step 8 - Current License Limit in the upper left shows the number of licenses you have in total. Total Active Licenses shows the number of licenses currently being used

Log On
Shows the Log On time for that staff member
Log Off
Shows the Log Off time for that staff member
Platform
Is the language that provides the structure for web pages and applications
License ID
This is the identifier for the actual license you are using
Computer Name
The name of the computer being used to log on and log out of
Computer ID
The ID of the computer being used to log on and log out of
Login Name
Shows the staff member's login name
Schedule View
Shows the schedule view the staff member logged in to
