Cloud 9 Connect now offers patient care follow up recurring campaigns for Email, (with the option for Text recurring patient care follow up Campaigns arriving soon), enabling your practice to send mass communications to responsible parties. These features can be accessed in Cloud 9 under Edit > Automation Suite > Recurring Campaigns.
Upon entering this section, you will find three primary tabs, each essential for creating effective recurring campaigns. To ensure a successful campaign, it is necessary to either create or select an existing template, establish or choose a recipient list, and then initiate the campaign under the campaign tab. This process allows you to utilize your selected Template, Recipient List, and customize the campaign accordingly. You can set the campaign to recur monthly—for instance, to celebrate active patients' birthdays—or opt for a one-time outreach to your patients/responsible parties. These campaigns are highly customizable and can serve various purposes, such as notifying about office closures, sending recalls, sharing special announcements, extending holiday greetings, and addressing any communication needs your practice may have.
A positive advantage of these recurring campaigns is the centralized communication they facilitate between responsible parties and your practice. If a responsible party responds via email or text to a recurring campaign, the conversation can be viewed in View > Two Way Messaging within Cloud 9. This feature allows you to see whether a message was sent to a responsible party through an automated reminder, a direct message from office staff, or as part of a recurring campaign. All responses to recurring campaigns will be consolidated in the same location, enabling seamless tracking of all communications between your practice and responsible parties.
